How do I reach the Rhein-Mosel-Halle?
The Rhein-Mosel-Halle is easily accessible by public transport. The "Rhein-Mosel-Halle" stop is served by bus lines 6, 8, 9, 10 and 27. From the main station, you can reach the hall on foot in about 15 minutes by walking toward the Rhine Promenade. More arrival information
Where can I park?
A total of over 1,250 underground parking spaces are available within walking distance of the Rhein-Mosel-Halle.
Please note that we are not the operator of the underground garages and car parks. Information on prices and current opening hours can be found on the city's website.

The B&B car park „Tiefgarage Rhein-Mosel-Halle“ is offering a new theatre rate for guests of our evening events. With this rate, you can park affordably and avoid long wait times when leaving the underground car park.
- Validity: The rate applies from 5 p.m. until 4 a.m. on the following morning. All vehicles entering prior to 5 p.m. or leaving after 4 a.m. will be charged the standard rate.
- Choose rate & insert ticket: The automated machine will issue your parking ticket as usual upon entry at the gate. When you are ready to leave, choose the theatre rate (Theatertarif) on the ticket machine and insert your parking ticket.
- Payment: You will now pay a flat rate of €6.00 via cash or card. You will need your ticket to exit the car park.

Disabled parking spaces at the Rhein-Mosel-Halle
Four disabled parking spaces are available on the forecourt of the Rhein-Mosel-Halle for guests of the Rhein-Mosel-Halle.
Is the Rhein-Mosel-Halle handicap accessible?
The Rhein-Mosel-Halle is handicap accessible at the ground level from where you can reach all of our rooms. Four disabled parking spaces are also available on the forecourt of the hall. Furthermore, handicap-accessible WCs are available throughout the facility. There is also reserved wheelchair seating in the Great Hall. The conference rooms have induction loops for the hearing impaired.
Where can I find a cab rank?
There is a cab rank in the immediate vicinity of the Rhein-Mosel-Halle so that you can easily take a cab after the event.
Can I take food and drinks with me?
Before the event and during the intermissions, you can obtain snacks and drinks in the foyers. For reasons of hygiene, however, it is not possible to take food and drinks into the Great Hall.
Is there a coat check?
You can check in your wardrobe for a small fee. Please allow for sufficient time at the coat check.
What do I do if I have lost something?
Lost property can be handed in and collected at the coat check. If you have any questions, please contact our service staff on site.
Are there special offers for children?
For children's events, we have special booster seats available at the coat check free of charge.
How can I order tickets?
Tickets are available from our tourist information office at Forum Confluentes, by telephone at +49 (0)261-129-1610 and at all known advance booking offices.
Where can I find information about my event or my event ticket?
General information about your event can be found in our event calendar. Detailed information can be found directly from the event organizer, as the Rhein-Mosel-Halle is only the operator of the event location and is not responsible for ticket sales.
What do I do if my event has been canceled?
